i promise myself that i am living life no matter what. life persists no matter what i do. i solemnly swear that i am not evil, that i am not bad or wrong for living. i understand that it is okay for me to stop and breathe, that one day is not my whole life, that life is an experience that i am lucky to be included in. i promise you i am from this planet, that i am human just like you and that the world won’t stop spinning for a long time. i promise everyone that i will try my best to be alive, and know that it is more effort than i once thought.
