started feeling scared again when I’m not in control. I have control of nothing but my actions, so I am always feeling very uneasy and vulnerable now. learning to let go feels horrible. I have a severe lack of trust in others as I learned to be self-reliant very early on. everything is scary, constantly being afraid is driving me mad.
